The Qaddumi Foundation, previously known as the Hani Qaddumi Scholarship Fund for 18 years, was established in 2000 to reflect the Qaddumi family’s values and commitment to Palestine and its belief in education and learning as a way to advance our community and country.
The core of what we aspire to is for each of us to be an agent of change.
We see that we are all capable of being true agents of change. We see ourselves as an organization that is working to embody this notion of change in how we operate, able to adapt to the context around us, embracing agility in order to respond to new developments and to feedback from our engaged community.

Our values as a Foundation are derived from the values of the Qaddumi family which revolve around giving back to their beloved country Palestine. These values have been their constant guide and are reflected in their vision that Palestinian prosperity is the hope and dream that all Palestinians must work towards.

We believe in giving back to Palestine and a sense of responsibility towards it, which is translated by means of systematic and organized giving back, drawing upon an innovative model that must be institutionalized and expanded in order to maximize its impact and harness it for positive change towards the prosperity of Palestine.
We believe in the importance of investing in the Palestinian individual, who constitutes the basic nucleus of the society and country. We always focus on the individual as an agent of change, thus maximizing the impact. Investing in the individual means investing in the development of an educated and innovative society capable of advancing itself economically.
We believe that education and learning are the way to empower the Palestinian individual and achieve economic progress in Palestine. We focus on quality education and lifelong learning which contribute to making each individual an effective citizen in society, which positively reflects on his/her life and the lives of those around him/her, radiating out to society.
